PHILADELPHIA – Early on – very early on – it looked like the Patriots would be challenged by the backs-against-the-wall Eagles.
But then Vince Young showed why hes been relegated to backup status, Philadelphia showed the type of undisciplined play thats led to a talented roster being now a near-certainty to miss the playoffs, Tom Brady showed that he is still the reigning NFL MVP, and New England rolled to a 38-20 win at Lincoln Financial Field.

PHILADELPHIA - Yesterday’s game at Lincoln Financial Field was one the Eagles had to have if they wanted even a prayer of reaching the playoffs, and just seven minutes in they had exactly what they hoped for - a 10-0 lead.
